City of Ryde is holding several free events to celebrate Refugee Week 2022.
Join a full of fun hour of Dancefit session, and get your body moving on a mix of International music hits, and easy-to-follow Choreographies that incorporate all styles of dance.
This session suits all fitness levels and ages groups, and it doesn’t require any previous skills. It’s a great chance to get fit and meet other people in the community. It’s the perfect combination of social interaction and fitness.
