Celebrating Refugee Week 2020!

IMS and Australian Red cross invites you to participate in our new Writing Competition!

There will be 3 different categoried to suit your unique style: Essay (Freestyle), Poetry and Short Story; 300 words maximum.

Themes to choose from: - Lockdown/Quarantine. - Love in the time of Corona. - Social Media and Human Connection.

Prizes: For each category the 1st prize is $300 and the 2nd prize is $150. A special Encouragement prize will be awarded: An Annual Memebership to South Coast Writers Centre.

Additional prizes: A number of book store vouchers will also be given away to participants who are under the the age of 19. The winners will be selected in a random draw. Every valid entry will also recieve a complimentary $20 voucher.

Winners will be announced on a live streamed presentation on Friday 19th of June from 4pm to 5:30pm. Entries will close at 5pm on Tuesday 16th of June.
