Refugee Week - a Day of Celebrations is about celebrating the community of Liverpool and beyond. This event is a partnership and collaboration between Settlement Services International, Liverpool City Council and Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. It raises awareness and understanding of refugee experiences through arts, music, and storytelling to increase social cohesion.
Celebration of Refugee Week will allow service providers to connect and network with community members and other services. It is a celebration of music, art and storytelling, featuring artists who have a refugee and asylum seeker experience.
Food and drinks will be provided. Registration is essential.
