On World Refugee Week day 2021 it will have been 2691 days since the immigration revoked the visa from our family of 5. On this 6.2km walk around the lake, I will be carrying 2691g x 5 of each member of my family, and a little bit more to represent the others who suffer from the mental load of living through everything that makes asylum seekers seek refuge in another country.
